This site will take you through all of the steps to activate your Arqit accounts and perform the NetworkSecure installation. Should you encounter any challenges or have questions along the way, our team is here to assist you, please get in contact for support.

Steps 1 & 2: Providing contact information & accounts set up

Respond to Arqit’s request for contact information

At the initial point of onboarding, Arqit will be in touch with you via email to request contact information of the users that should be added to the Arqit systems. Using that information, we will ensure you are given you access to Arqit’s software and systems to ensure you have the necessary documentation and software for our TradeSecure & NetworkSecure products.


Step 3: Account activation

You will then receive an email from Arqit when your accounts are set-up. Please see below for the software and systems you will be granted access to:

How do I access?

What is the customer portal?

Our Customer Portal is where you can view knowledge articles containing general information, product information, and answers to frequently asked questions. Using the portal, you will also be able to raise a service desk request in the ‘Get Help’ section, view updates of any cases you have raised, and provide us with any updates we may require.

Setting up a password for our customer portal

  1. Navigate to our customer portal:
    http://arqit.service-now.com/csm

  2. Select Login and click “Forgot Password?”

  3. Next, follow the steps below to reset your password. Your username is your email address.

Where do I find my entitlement token?

The Install Guide outlines how to configure your VM to access Arqit NetworkSecure package repository. In order to do so, you will need to retrieve your software entitlement token. You will be able to find your customer entitlement token/s by searching your knowledge base articles for ‘Entitlement tokens’ in our customer portal here: Knowledge Base articles

One-time credentials to register your device on our quantum safe tenancy for NetworkSecure

You will be able to find these in an encrypted zip file in our Customer Support Portal and your technical lead will provide you with the password to access these during your kick-off call.

Step 4: Technical kick-off call

Respond to Arqit with your availability for a technical kick-off call and be prepared to go through the below items in real-time

It is a pre-requisite to the call that you have activated your accounts, enabling your dedicated technical lead to walk you through the following in the technical kick-off call:

How to retrieve your NetworkSecure entitlement token, your TradeSecure credentials and quantum safe tenancy credentials from our Customer Support Portal
  1. Navigate to the knowledge section of our customer support portal and select your company specific knowledge base (in this example, we are using 'SCF Onboarding Test 2, but you should find a knowledge base with your company name)

  1. Within this knowledge base, you will see three articles for your TradeSecure credentials (Client ID & Client Secret), your tenancy credentials and your NetworkSecure entitlement token. For both your TradeSecure credentials and Tenancy credentials, you will need to download an encrypted zip file and use the password provided to you on your technical kick-off call to access them.

  1. Click into the Client ID article and navigate to the attachment panel to download the encrypted file with your credentials. Once downloaded, you will be able to use the password given to you on your technical kick-off call to access the credentials.

  2. Follow the same steps for accessing your encrypted tenancy credentials.

  3. To access your software entitlement token, you simply need to click into the entitlement token article

How to retrieve the NetworkSecure configuration information
  1. Navigate to the knowledge section of our customer support portal and select TradeSecure Documentation

  1. You will then be able to access the NetworkSecure configuration information that you will need to perform the NetworkSecure installation.

How to sign the EULA
  1. Navigate to your browser

  2. Copy and paste the below HTTPS URL for your specific package (including
    your access token) into your browser and accept the EULA terms. Please note that <TOKEN> = your NetworkSecure entitlement token provided by Arqit through our Customer Support Portal.

Step 5: Customer installation of NetworkSecure Adaptor

Ensure that all pre-requisites are met, install NetworkSecure and register your device on the quantum safe tenancy

Following the kick-off call, you will have all of the information you need in order to perform the NetworkSecure adaptor installation. Please follow the install guide in order to do so.

Pre-requisite checklist before undertaking the NetworkSecure Adaptor Installation:

  • Ensure you have the retrieved the following from our Customer Support Portal:
    • Your NetworkSecure entitlement token
    • Your TradeSecure credentials and quantum safe tenancy credentials
    • The Network Secure configuration information
  • Ensure you have signed the EULA
  • Ensure you have read and are able to follow the NetworkSecure Adaptor install guide

Step 6: Provide Arqit with your Customer Device Information

After completing the NetworkAdaptor Installation, submit the customer device info form to provide us with details about your device

Providing us with this information enables Arqit to finalise the set-up of the quantum-safe tunnel.
