As part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible service, we need to periodically perform platform improvements and feature updates.

Arqit Maintenance Communication Process

  • Arqit will keep this page updated with any changes or additions to previously communicated maintenance windows

  • We will only notify you of outages lasting 15 minutes or more, with at least five working days notice

  • You will receive an email notification whenever this page is updated

Additional Maintenance Windows are defined as additional maintenance outside of our regular windows that will have an impact of 15 minutes or more.

Additional Maintenance Windows will be posted to this page at least five working days prior; we expect these windows to be rare, and will be managed to minimise disruption.
