What is the customer portal?
Our Customer Portal is where you can view knowledge articles containing general information, product information, and answers to frequently asked questions. Using the portal, you will also be able to raise a service desk request in the ‘Get Help’ section, view updates of any cases you have raised, and provide us with any updates we may require.
Setting up a password for our customer portal
Please be aware that Arqit will not provide you credentials. Your username is your email address and you will need to set up a password using the forgotten password function on first log-in
Navigate to our customer portal:
http://arqit.service-now.com/csmSelect Login and click “Forgot Password?”
Next, follow the steps below to reset your password. Your username is your email address.
